- Sensitization of entrepreneurs matters provision of good customer service for clientele. (provision of necessary knowledge and tips to our entrepreneurs)
- Regulation of entrepreneurs safeguarding consumers and vice versa to enhance healthy business relation between the two parties.
- Provision of necessary guidelines and tips through customer care .
ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
Selling with onix-market.com requires one to register an account on the platform and provide information as prompted by the registration form.
Confirmation is actualized via an email after which the account is activated.
As a seller, one needs to learn basic operating functionality.
This includes:
- 1. To use certain features of the service you may need to register an account on the platform and provide certain information about yourself as prompted by the registration form .
- 2. Account creation can be done as an individual or as an authorized representative of a company.
- 3. You acknowledge that you are responsible for safeguarding and maintaining the confidentiality of access details to your account and that you are fully liable for any activity performed using your account access details.
- 4. You hereby appeal to have reached age of majority or accessing this service through the supervision of a guardian .
- 5. We reserve to terminate the existence of your account if any of the terms are breached .
FEES
- Subscription shall be charged monthly.
- Subscription depends on the category and number of items that are sold.
- The amount charged for any category is not subject to modification by a seller.
- Choose a package carefully in order to suit your needs.
DISCLAIMERS
- 1. ONIX-MARKET.COM ADMINISTRATOR DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE LEGALITY OF PRODUCTS LISTED ON THE PLATFORM.
- 2. BUYERS SHOULD CHECK THE GOODS BEFORE PAYMENT AND REQUEST THE SELLER TO PROVIDE DOCUMENTS CONFIRMING COMPLIANCE OF GOODS SOLD.
- 3. ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FULLY FOR YOUR SAFETY AS A CONSUMER OF GOOD S AND SERVICES BEING SOLD ON THE PLATFORM. THEREFORE SAFETY MEASURES SHOULD BE FOLLOWED TO THE LETTER.

- 6. A SELLER SHOULD BE VIGILANT TO PROVIDE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE( AVOID POOR REVIEWS) TO AVOID SUSPENSION OR EXPULSION FROM SELLING THROUH OUR PLATFORM.
- 7. REFUND POLICY SHOULD BE SPELT CLEARLY BY A SELLER TO A CONSUMER INDIVIDUALLY.
- 8. DISTRIBUTION ARRANGEMENTS SHOULD BE ARRANGED DILIGENTLY BETWEEN A SELLER AND A BUYER . TO SAFEGUARD COLLECTION OF GOOD AND TRANASCTION IF NEED BE..
- 9. TRANSACTION ARRANGEMENTS TO BE DONE INDIVIDUALLY BETWEEN A BUYER AND A SELLER.AS THE COMPANY (ADMIISTRATOR ) CAN NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE.
- 10.IMMEDIATELY NOTIFY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF ANY UNAUTHORIZED USE OF YOUR ACCOUNT OR ANY OTHER SECURITY THREATS .
- 11. WE HOLD ROGHTS TO SUSPEND OR TERMINATE YOUR ACCOUNT OR ACCESS TO OUR SERVICE WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE IN THE EVENT YOU BREAC THESE TERMS .
LISTING OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
- 1. A user shall provide the necessary documents to open an account which is a necessity in order to list products or services.
- 2. A user shall provide the necessary features of a product inclusive of the description when listing a product or a service
- 3. All products listed should be inclusive of a presentable image when listing
- 4. When listing location of shop or seller should be indicated correctly
- 5. A seller should be conversant with the dashboard to enable delete or modification of a product or a service .
- 6. When listing a product or a service the seller should go through the procedure diligently to avoid errors.
- 7. A seller should immediately reach the administration incase of a concern on payment or a listing .
- 8. A product or a service only appears on the home page once a payment is completed .
USER WARRANTY AND REPRESENTATIONS
By using the service you represent and warrant that .
- 1.You agree to comply with the terms
- 2.You have attained the age of majority 18 years and above
- 3.You will have provided ,true , accurate and complete information in your account
- 4.You will update your information on your account to maintain its truthfulness and accuracy
- 5.You will immediately update your data incase of any suspected security threat
- 6.You will notify the administrator of any unauthorized access to your account
- 7.You will not provide any misleading information about your identity
- 8.You will not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- 9. You have the necessary licence required by applicable law , to offer for sale and distribute goods

- 11. You agree to take full responsibility or face law intervention if proven to fraud through our platform
INDEMNITY..
You agree to indemnify and hold the administrator , affiliates , subsidiaries , related companies , suppliers, licensors, , partners and officers and representatives of each of them not liable from any claim or demand, inclusive of any cost whatsoever
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
